Whole Green Beans in Garlic Olive Oil Sauce

green beans webWhen the farmer’s market ends I am very picky about the frozen green beans I serve my family. I only use the organic petite size beans. This simple yet elegant recipe enlivens this dish with organic sun-dried tomatoes. The sauce has a zesty taste from fresh organic garlic and shallots, mellowed by the organic extra virgin olive oil and vegetable broth. I serve them “family style” and watch them disappear!
