SOUTHWEST VEGETABLES IN RANCHERO SAUCE

INGREDIENTS

4 whole wheat tortillas, 12 inch
1 can drained and rinsed black beans
1 cup shredded taco cheese
1 cup guacamole
1 bag Southwest Vegetables with Ranchero Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  1. Heat southwest veg, mixed beans, guacamole, and cheese in a bowl.
  2. Add the hot Southwest Vegetables with Ranchero Sauce.  Mix well.
  3. Place equal parts in 4 warm Tortillas and roll.
  4. Top with salsa, sour cream and shredded lettuce.
