SOUTHWEST VEGETABLES IN RANCHERO SAUCE
4 whole wheat tortillas, 12 inch
1 can drained and rinsed black beans
1 cup shredded taco cheese
1 cup guacamole
1 bag Southwest Vegetables with Ranchero Sauce
- Heat southwest veg, mixed beans, guacamole, and cheese in a bowl.
- Add the hot Southwest Vegetables with Ranchero Sauce. Mix well.
- Place equal parts in 4 warm Tortillas and roll.
- Top with salsa, sour cream and shredded lettuce.
