SWEET PEAS IN PARMESAN HERB BROTH

INGREDIENTS

16 each 16/20 Shrimp (or 4 portions of another firm white fish)
4 T your favorite Italian Dressing
4 cups mixed greens or favorite salad greens
Kosher salt
Fresh cracked pepper
1 bag of Lisa’s Organics Sweet Peas with Onions in Parmesan Herb Broth

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat your grill, toss shrimp or fish with Italian dressing to marinate.  Let rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat Lisa’s Organics Sweet Peas with Onions in Parmesan Herb Broth.
  3. Add greens to a mixing bowl.
  4. Grill shrimp or fish until done.
  5. Toss hot Lisa’s Organics Sweet Peas with Onions in Parmesan Herb Broth into bowl with greens and mix well.
  6. Season greens mix with salt and pepper.
  7. Place 4 equal portions of Lisa’s Organics Sweet Peas with Onions in Parmesan Herb Broth and greens on a plate.
  8. Top with grilled shrimp or fish.
