SWEET PEAS IN PARMESAN HERB BROTH
1/2 cup diced bacon
1 cup arborio rice (risotto rice)
4 cups chicken stock
1 bag of Lisa’s Organics Sweet Peas with Onions in Parmesan Herb Broth
- Heat a sauté pan to medium heat.
- Add the bacon and cook well, about 5 minutes.
- Add arborio rice and sauté for 5 minutes until toasty brown.
- Add the chicken stock and simmer on low for 20 minutes.
- Heat the Lisa’s Organics Sweet Peas with Onions in Parmesan Herb Broth and add to the pan, stir well and top with grated cheese.
