As a Salsa

SOUTHWEST VEGETABLES IN RANCHERO SAUCE

INGREDIENTS

1 bag southwest veg
2 cups minced pineapple
1 bunch fresh chopped cilantro

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat a bag of Southwest Vegetables with Ranchero Sauce.
  2. Place in bowl and chill.
  3. Add minced pineapple and chopped cilantro.
  4. If you like spice, add a fresh minced jalapeño.
  5. Enjoy as a sauce for fish, chicken or with chips.
