SOUTHWEST VEGETABLES IN RANCHERO SAUCE
1 bag southwest veg
2 cups minced pineapple
1 bunch fresh chopped cilantro
- Heat a bag of Southwest Vegetables with Ranchero Sauce.
- Place in bowl and chill.
- Add minced pineapple and chopped cilantro.
- If you like spice, add a fresh minced jalapeño.
- Enjoy as a sauce for fish, chicken or with chips.
